I'm one of those twenty somethings that moved to the west coast and became obsessed with what we choose to eat, how we eat it, and how that in turn effects our bodies. Should anyone be eating strawberries in December? Canning has become a passion for me, as a way of "putting up" what I love about summer to enjoy all winter. I'm still learning so comments, suggestions, and questions are always welcome.
